Initially I thought that breast milk will flow like tap water when the baby is born. I was wrong. On the first few days, we only get drips. I will try to "squeeze" any possible drop from the pump and make sure Megan finishes every last drop. That explains why Megan tends to suck for a long period and still feels hungry. Thus it is good to express the milk so that you know the exact quantity the BB is getting. So far quantity has improve to 10ml and on average we get getting 50-60ml now.
