There is this hair stylist (same level as Toysrus @ Suntec) catered for bb & kids. A LCD screen that plays their favorite cartoons is the crucial element.

At 2mths+, Megan is much more aware of her surroundings. She has better neck control and starts to turn towards light sources. She is also aware of her caregiver and starting to smile more.

Passport photo!

It's a challenge taking BB passport photo and a even bigger challenge if you require them to smile head on, facing the camera. With the internet, you can conveniently apply for a new passport online. You only require your baby birth certificate, photo and credit card for payment. There is even a guide on how to take a good picture. Let see how long it gets to have it processed!
