How long can I store Breast Milk?

Megan tends to consume all the milk after express and I am wondering how long and how I can store the milk? Although the nos. may varies slightly on different website, here are some figures as a general guideline.

1. At room temperature < 25° Celsius, 4-8hrs.
2. Fridge 0°–3.9° Celsius, 2-3 days
3. Self contain freezer unit at –18° Celsius, 3-4 months. Allow at least 1 inch of space for expansion when freeze.

Do not:

1. Refreeze thaw milk
2. Microwave freeze milk
