Celebrating 9 months @ Polliwogs East Coast. A rather cool place where you can surf, enjoy a cuppa of coffee for free while your bb enjoy in the playground. 
Theres a fun area for baby and a maze for toddler. As you can see, the place is pretty empty on a weekday. SGD$8 per bb under 2. Parents accompany for free but remember to bring along yr socks.
