This is one of the many new development site around my office. You can easily mistaken it as another condo but its actually another design, built and sell scheme under HDB. What it means is you are getting condo style design at "discounted" prices! City View, develop by Hoihup Realty is by far the nearest to town and all units are snapped up!

A high floor 5 room unit will cost you about SGD$700++K. With a cap of household income restriction of $8K and below, I wonder how many will be able to really afford.
