  5. Antonia Blanco gallery

A stop over to visit Pura Taman Ayun on our way to Beratan Lake. Pura Taman Ayun means temple of beautiful gardens. An unique architecture as the temple is surrounded by a moat with beautiful lotus

Fruits stalls along the way to Bedugul. They sell but local and "mixed breed" durians. My recommendations, go for the local ones!

Lunch at Saranam Eco Resort, another spectular view of rice terrace. On the right are the resort bunglows.

It was drizzling when we arrive at Beratan Lake. The Ulun Danu Temple is not accessible as the lake water covers the walkways during the rainy season.

There are lots of galleries in Ubud. We visit the Antonia Blanco Gallery. Impressive courtyard, museum and they even preserve the artist's studio.

The must try, Ibu Oka Babi Guling or roasted pig. Generous portion of meat and fried parts. After dinner, its time for local entertainment, the Legong Dance.
