According to Chinese Tradition or you can say superstitions again! newborns are not allowed to trim their hair or nails until they reached their first month. That the reason why you see many newborns with "scarred" face!
They are supposed to have their head shaved clean. We decided to go for a short trim instead. If not Megan will look Botak!
