Bohol Day 2 : Raku & Sallie

The main highlight of this trip is the shoot of Raku & Sallie. Being in a foreign land, everything tend to look so interesting and doable as potential backdrop. The lighting and clear blue water are the big plus for the shoot.

We started the shoot at breakfast. This restaurant (HAYAHAY) located on the 2nd floor has a fabulous view of the sea. The next location is at
Baclayon Church, a 30mins ride from the resort. Take note that the church is closed for lunch between 12-1pm. A market is located beside the church and offers local delicacies.

After lunch, we hopped on the boat to Virgin Island and Balicasag Island. Balicasag Island is well known for its dive sites. The island has a private resort and marine sanctuary. The most impressive is Virgin island. During low tide, a stretch of white sand beach is uncovered. From one end, the beach stretches from the main island and disappear into the horizon at the other end, a simply breath taking view. Check for tide or advise from the boatman so that you get the most from this location. With the tide getting too low for the boat to maneuvered back, we only manage to spend 30mins here.
