Moving out

Our neighbour moved out today. It's a pity as they are such great people.

The re-sale price of public housing reaches another peak during 4th quarter of 2007. In our estate, a 5 room unit is known to sell for SGD$750,000, although its claimed as a one off case. Most people would downgrade to a smaller unit or move further away from town to enjoy the profits.

HDB also provides an e service where you are able to search for resale transaction prices.
