Today, a Hong Kong friend was asking where to find the best chicken rice in Singapore? Chatterbox came to my mind but I feel that not everyone would want to pay for a high class chicken rice meal. Next is Boon Tong Kee, a small chicken rice stall turned chicken rice business! The craving came and we happen to be near the Balestier Branch.
401 Balestier Road Singapore 329803. There is a public car park behind the shophouse and free after 5pm.
The row of seats place in front of the shop means you must be prepared to wait during the peak hours!
To sum up, the "white" chicken meat is 白白滑滑嫩嫩! Half chicken for SGD$15.
