FOLIC ACID
By now, the gyne would have prescribe Folic acid to you. Also know as B group vitamin, it help the fetus in healthy cell replication. It should be taken in the early stage to prevent baby defects. Food such as leafy vegetables, cereals, fruits etc contain folic acids.
CALCIUM
Calcium is important as it help to ensure healthy formation of teeth and bones. Common calcium products are Fortified orange juice and milk. It is good to consume both as Orange juice contain Vitamin C while Milk contain contain Vitamin D.
CHOLINE
Promote brand development. Look for egg, Chicken and Beef liver.
AVIOD
1. Unprocessed milk
2. Raw meat aka sushi
3. Leftovers
4. Cheese made from non-pasteurized milk and blue cheese
5. Fish with high mercury level such as sword fish, shark etc
6. Avoid herbal tea and coffee aka caffeine
