Have been passing by this development on my way to work everyday. It's amazing how fast they built high rise building. Looking at Duxton, which has barely reach 10 stories so far! What's interesting is that the developer is required to conserve the old shophouses within the premises.

this is big constrast in between, but developer always gonna maximise their profit in every project... the density is quite close to HK
